Without limiting any other remedies, we may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with this site. Jewelry Domain may discontinue or discontinue its service and availability to you, at any time. User registration can and may be terminated at any time at the sole discretion of Jewelry Domain.

3. Deactivation, Re-Registration and Transfers
Jewelry Domain may deactivate your account until further notice with regards to your fraudulent activity or any misconduct. Registering with another name or reregistering is not permitted. Transferring User Ids is not permitted and will be irrevocably terminated.

4. Copyrights
The content whatsoever related to the site is protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary including but not limited to intellectual property rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed (stated below), is strictly prohibited. THE ABOVE AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE FOR ALL USERS ON JEWELRY DOMAIN.
